Teacher Training & Workshops

Putting the Pieces Together

We offer the following training and workshops:

  1. Two day training in Community Building and Cooperative Learning.
  2. Dealing with Challenging Parents (A half day interactive workshop for teachers, administrators and schools)

A half day interactive workshop on how to handle those awkward parent conversations.  Participants will work in groups where they go through scenarios and roll plays.  In the roll plays they will experience what not to say and then learn how to respond to the parent to defuse a tense situation and move towards a positive solution.

Post workshop, participants will receive follow-ups with further suggestions and examples of how to have positive parent interactions.
